EXPERIENCED SPECIAL CREDIT LARGE FILES MANAGER

In this position you will be facing the following tasks:
- Special Credit (“SC”) is newly formed Department dealing with large and complex, pan-European restructurings. The Division reports to the Group’s Chief Restructuring Officer;
- Within SC there will be a dedicated unit created in [HVB / Bank Austria / UCCB] responsible for large files over EUR 75m exposure or those of strategic significance;
- This is an excellent opportunity to work in a challenging environment as part of this newly created Department

Your profile:
- Previous experience working in a front office role within Credit, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Large Corporate environment;
- Experience in credit analysis and corporate financing;
- University degree;
- Experience with subordinated, bonds, PIK and other trenches;
- Knowledge of restructurings / insolvency laws in particular countries (Germany / Italy / CEE) would be considered advantageous;
- Experience with evaluating due diligence reports, discussing findings and challenge providers (accounting, business/operational, tax, legal and other reports);
- Good written and spoken English;
- Excellent time management to deal with conflicting.
RATING SYSTEMS VALIDATION / SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYST

In this position you will be facing the following tasks:
- the Holding Company within Unicredit Group seeks a high caliber individual with strong quantitative analysis skills and a practical Credit risk modeling experience to join the Group Risk Validation Unit. The Unit is in charge of the Validation of credit, market, operational and Pillar 2 risks for the overall Group;
- the candidate will be dedicated to the validation of Credit Risk rating systems (statistical models as well as processes) of Italian and foreign Legal Entities, and she/he will be required to have frequent contacts both with Regulators and other colleagues in the various Countries across the Group;
- the candidate will be part of a young, dynamic and project oriented team.
Your profile:
- a strong quantitative background;
- at least 5 years prior experience of modeling/validating Advanced Internal Ratings (PD, LGD and EAD) or credit;
- risk models within banking or consulting environment;.
- a comprehensive understanding of RWA (Risk Weighted Assets) and EC (Economic Capital);
- a high level understanding of the business implications of Basel II;
- a deep understanding of credit risk measurement techniques and their application in the retail or wholesale;
- banking environment;
- coaching capability;
- ability to programmer in SAS or similar;

SENIOR PRICING MODELS VALIDATION QUANT

also the development of alternative pricing models);

- he activities will also include frequent contacts both with Regulators and other colleagues in the various countries and will end up in detailed validation papers;
- team working will be deadline-oriented and will require an energetic approach;

Your profile:
- strong quantitative background (physics, mathematics, engineering: education at Phd level appreciated);
- at least 3y experience with pricing models (every asset class);
- Robust IT skills will be appreciated (not necessarily focused on C/C++/Fortran: they could be diverse as Java/C#, Matlab/Mathematica, database/XML or Python/…);
- excellent communication skills;
- fluency in English.
