ACCOUNT MANAGER
Sede di lavoro: Milano
Responsabilità:
- Pre and post sale operations support for our top 200 advertisers
- Manage the traffic, execution, completion and fulfillment of all requests for proposal
- Responsible for all procedures related to booking the insertion orders, working with ad operations to schedule creative and execute revisions
- Ensure that campaigns are delivering properly to minimize future issues (under deliveries, unscheduled lines, exclusive conflicts, priority issues, etc.)
- Act as the main Client Services Contact on all issues including order maintenance, specs, scheduling and troubleshooting
- Monitor campaign delivery – ensure campaigns are delivering on schedule (via resolving ad alerts, exclusive conflicts, unscheduled lines, zero delivery issues, revenue reports)
- Ensure that our premiere clients receive the highest level of operational customer service
- Provide a value added account management service to a handful of our Top 200 advertisers
- Be able to independently think through contractual issues to ensure all requirements are being met
- Act as a mentor to all Ad Account Representatives to disseminate knowledge (best practices)
Requisiti:
- 3-5 years in online media sales or sponsorship operations
- Dynamic, flexible, hard-working, and highly organized
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, and comfortable in engaging communication on any level
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Excellent communication in English
- Excellent Relationship Skills (both internal and external)

HEAD OF SALES
Sede di lavoro: Milano
Responsabilità:
- Define and drive Facebook Italy sales strategy to develop the overall customer proposition in the short, mid and long term
- Develop strategic relationships within the market and execute “go to market” ad strategies
- Act as the country market spokesperson for Facebook
- Prospect and penetrate client, media and advertising organizations to obtain both performance and branded advertising
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and Facebook network solutions
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Exceed sales, pricing and yield goals
- Provide best practices to country sales team
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
- Execute and deliver high quality answers to all RFPs Provide scalable solutions for advertisers
Requisiti:
- B.A./B.S. in Business or related field
- 7 + years of Media Sales, 3 years in sales management
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Multi-national experience preferred
- Fundamental understanding of systems and resources required to scale a media sales business
- Proven track record of success driving revenue through the development of major/ top agencies and clients
- Hands-on experience leading and managing a team
- Demonstrated track record of structuring and managing complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery (at a 7-figure level)
- Ability to convert clients traditional search, and classified, spends into Facebook marketing relationships
- Understand user behavior and how technology works and the ability to explain each in ordinary terms
