To ensure, within the specifications given by the Superior, the management of medium- and low-complexity projects for the area of competence by analysing projects, drawing up technical documentation and compliance with defined standards, by co-ordinating factory and supplier technical functions with the purpose of defining and implementing the projects of competence, thus guaranteeing the Company’s technical – technological excellence.
Key Accountabilities:
To ensure a feasibility assessment of the initiatives requested by the Superior as part of the Phase & Gate process for medium- / low-complexity projects by developing feasibility studies, identifying risks and drawing up the documents of competence for the stages of assessment execution of the projects. To define planning specifications for medium- / low-complexity projects by defining User requirements with other corporate functions, proposing technical solutions aimed at maximising returns on invested capital through an optimisation of the global investment costs to management costs ratio. Job Purpose
The position belongs to the Process Unit Group Legal e Corporate Affairs, the mission of which is the management of legal and corporate matters at Group level, assessing the related risk and preventing liabilities for the company and its management. Specifically the position is that of Legal Counsel within the unit Corporate Affairs, which is in charge of the management of corporate affairs and related policies, consistently with the company’s organization and in line with the existing corporate Law framework.
Key Accountabilities:
The position would request the following accountabilities as a support to the Head of the Unit:
- Manage the convocation and holding of Boards and shareholders’ meeting in Italy and abroad;
- Define the policies for the management of corporate affairs in terms of Board composition, signatory powers and related levels, delegation of powers both in Italy and abroad;

STAGE AREA QUALITY & TECHNOLOGY

Job Purpose:
La risorsa impiegata nel progetto avrà l’obiettivo di completare il lavoro di studio di capability dei prodotti dello stabilimento.
Key Accountabilities:
Coordinata direttamente dal Quality & Technology Plant Manager, dopo una formazione iniziale sulle tematiche di capability, la risorsa condurrà lo studio statistico della variabilità naturale dei processi di produzione per quanto riguarda i parametri qualitativi principali (umidità, dimensioni e peso) e la valutazione del rapporto (matematico) nei confronti delle relative specifiche di prodotto.
Tale attività presuppone lo svolgimento dei seguenti compiti:
- Identificazione del momento opportuno per iniziare la raccolta dati;
- Conduzione di campionamenti in linea e delle relative analisi
- Inserimento dati su database excel e loro elaborazione
Lo studio dovrà essere condotto su una trentina circa di prodotti, per una durata stimata di 6 mesi e un impegno giornaliero di 8 ore.
Le attività previste saranno svolte per il 50% all’interno dei reparti produttivi e per il 50% nel laboratorio Qualità di stabilimento. Per la parte in reparto potrebbe essere necessaria la presenza in orari particolari per raccogliere i campioni durante i turni di lavoro giornalieri (tra le ore 5 e le ore 21) o durante il turno notturno (qualora fosse necessario).
