Descrizione:
Riportando al Sales Manager del canale Farmacia, il candidato avrà responsabilità diretta del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di volume e fatturato per la zona di competenza, attraverso la gestione del team di area, nel rispetto delle direttive aziendali e delle norme vigenti. In particolare, il candidato si occuperà di garantire la copertura del territorio di competenza e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati favorendo le sinergie all’interno del team gestito. Sarà inoltre responsabile della implementazione delle Linee Guida ricevute dalla Direzione Commerciale attraverso lo sviluppo di piani operativi, analisi del territorio e dei dati di vendita. Egli affiancherà in modo costante i propri collaboratori, in un’ottica di sviluppo continuo delle prestazioni e delle skills, segnalando all’Azienda in modo proattivo qualsiasi tematica rilevante per la zona di competenza. BPA ANALYST

Descrizione:
La risorsa si occuperà di predisporre analisi finanziarie per previsioni e pianificazioni a supporto di decisioni manageriali. Fornirà inoltre reports all’organizzazione locale e all’Head Quarter e informazioni finanziarie agli interlocutori interni. Coopererà inoltre con le altre strutture del team Finance.
Requisiti minimi: Laurea in discipline economiche. Pregressa esperienza in ambito contabile o finanziario, preferibilmente nella pianificazione finanziaria e budgeting, in contesti multinazionali complessi. Costituirà titolo preferenziale la provenienza dal settore farmaceutico e la conoscenza di SAP. Completa il profilo una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

STAGE LOGISTIC

Descrizione: Il candidato parteciperà ad un programma formativo articolato che consentirà di toccare diverse aree di attività all’interno della funzione.
In particolare, egli verrà inserito all’interno del team di Supply Chain Management dove si occuperà di supportare le attività di Supply Planning. Affiancando il Supply Manager, avrà l’opportunità di partecipare alla revisione dei Key Performance Indicators mensili e del piano di approvvigionamenti ed acquisti, fino alla proposta degli ordini di acquisto da emettere. Affiancando poi il Logistic Specialist potrà partecipare al controllo degli stock dei prodotti e delle attività del depositario attraverso l’analisi delle giacenze di magazzino, sottoponendo al Supply Manager gli eventuali aggiustamenti necessari. Questo percorso consentirà al candidato di formarsi in modo completo sulle principali attività che caratterizzano la Funzione Logistics in un contesto multinazionale complesso e sfidante, permettendogli inoltre di familiarizzare con il gestionale SAP. Requisiti minimi Il candidato ideale è un giovane laureato, provenienti da un corso di studi in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia, caratterizzato da precisione e doti analitiche. STAGE NEL TEAM Regulatory Affairs

Descrizione: Riportando al Regulatory Affairs Manager, il candidato avrà la possibilità di apprendere le basi dell’attività regolatoria di una multinazionale farmaceutica operante nel settore dei generici. In particolare, la persona verrà formata sulle attività relative alla gestione di variazioni, rinnovi ed altre attività di mantainance, per tutte le tipologie di procedure di registrazione (nazionali, mutuo riconoscimento, decentralizzate). JAK 1/2 REGION EUROPE BRAND LEADER

Descrizione: The JAK 1 & 2 Regional Brand Leader will be responsible for Pre-Launch activities in preparing the brand for a successful launch in a rapidly changing and highly competitive environment across Europe. Key responsibility in this role will also be firstly developing and secondly implementing the Regional marketing strategy for the JAK 1 & 2.
Major activities:
In further detail, the JAK 1 & 2 Regional Brand Leader will be expected to:
• Strongly support country Brand Leaders in implementing marketing strategies to achieve optimal long-term performance across the disease area in terms of market share and product performance

MARKET ACCESS MANAGER

Conduct detailed pharma economic and budget impact market research and analysis in areas such as demand, competition, and price elasticity to build the case for pricing recommendations. Analyzes health care environment and develops, executes and analyze pharmaceutical economic evaluations along with clinical and epidemiological trials. Translates, creates and customizes results from risk-benefit analyses conceptual economic models and clinical trials to all level audiences. Demonstrates a strategic mindset in defining priorities and resource allocations, combining the business environment with the understanding of the health economic environment. Drives innovative approaches to implement value dossiers, and unmet needs and undefined customer needs. Responsible for timely and high quality submissions while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance in the process. Fostering a culture of understanding the customers’ requirements and needs for appropriate and high quality health economic evidence to obtain market access. Responsible for the preparation of the product specific dossier for PTOR/PTO listing and for the analysis of the Price & Reimbursement dossier.
